The room was well-organised with a sitting area, a writing desk, an iron and ironing board.
Free parking on site provided. The magnificent and unbeatable location for the price, so close to many restaurants and Casper, Wyoming and Yellowstone national parks.

Nice location and a clean hotel.
There was a cable pulley sound coming from the elevator which did wake me up through the night. The bathtub faucet had to be fixed to allow the flow of water to go through the shower nozzle.

Remodel looks like it has a few bugs. Elevator has a disturbing scraping noise. Ice machine draining water to awkward visible drain.

Clean room, spacious room, we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the friendly front desk staff was always ready to help.

Clean & comfortable for family of 4; pool was nice; location close to dining and shopping; quiet room even being so close to the interstate.
We went during the state high school track but we were not attending that event. We paid alot extra compared to the following day when it was back to regular rates.

I loved how close this hotel was to the Nicolaysen Art Museum, just under 4 km away, and the beautiful Riverview Park, only about 3.5 km from my room, making weekend strolls super easy and enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating .

We had a hard time getting the maid(s) to clean our room and change our sheets., even after complaining to the front desk

I stayed here for one night with my kids and found the room spacious and clean. We did have some issues with the TV and clogged toilet, but overall, it met our needs for a quick stop. The friendliness of the front desk staff helped, even if nothing was overly exciting.
The checkout confusion was frustrating, and the internet connections were unreliable, making it hard to keep the kids entertained.

Location really close to mostly chain type restaurants as well as grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks. The food was outstanding and the staff was genuinely friendly. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.
